Since joining Rydel and Deckify, she has leveraged her experience across HR, operations, and marketing, ultimately transitioning into a dedicated HR and Operations role. She now supports team development, recruitment, and operational efficiency, with a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach focused on strengthening culture, improving systems, and driving sustainable growth across both brands.
